About Lee
I am Lee, a ____. I have not always appreciated cooking, but have learned to see it as an art and a joy when I was introduced to it by my grandma. It started when she introduced me to the cast iron skillet and the rest is history. I believe that cooking is one of the most basic activities anyone can do that is also creative and a labor of love.
I am still a novice but I believe that I have come to a point where I know the ingredients well enough to have an idea of what goes together and how much to use an ingredient in a recipe.
