fried rice (guideline)
Put on the pan first:
- butter
- toast the sesame seeds and perilla seeds
- then add frozen vegetable medley
once vegetable seem cooked, then add:
- minced garlic
- ground pepper
- gochujang
once the seasonings seem heated up/caramelized, add:
and cook until the rice seems immersed in the flavors.
then, at the end add a dash of:
- sesame oil
- fish sauce
- soy sauce
- green onions
- cilantro
- lime bits
