Roasted tailless shrimp
- Rinse frozen shrimp in water for a few seconds to remove ice crystals and separate shrimp stuck together
- Remove as much water as possible
- Season and toss shrimp in marinade or spice blend of choice with butter
- Broil shrimp over preheated baking pan (aluminum cover) for 5 minutes
- Shrimp should curve slightly abd become opaque
