I am Lee and I am in the process of learning to cook! I believe that I have come to a point where I know the ingredients well enough to have an idea of what goes together and how much to use an ingredient in a recipe, but this is a record of the recipes I have come up with so far. You may notice that the recipes are not precise in the amount of an ingredient to use, but I will try to give a general idea though.

The ingredients here are relatively cheap, and a lot of them come from a time I used to rely on food banks - hence there will be a lot of canned foods and other stuff you tend to find at a food bank. I made this site for 2 reasons:
  1. A tutorial that is lightweight and fast to load on even the slowest computer.
  2. A "virtual cookbook" that anyone can pull up from anywhere, even from your mobile phone.
** Rice alternatives: nuts especially cashews. Apples. Tofu.
