Cheese Mayo Mussels
- Preheat oven or toaster oven to 350F
- In a cup or small bowl, mix 1/2 cup of mayo + parmesan cheese power mix in 3:1 ratio (so 25% is cheese)
- Add 1 tsp of sugar to cheese/mayo mix
- If there is no tobiko fish roe, but of sesame seeds mixed in can be a nice alternative
- Put the mix on the mussels (if frozen, thaw and drain the water)
- Bake the cheese mayo mussels for 20 min until golden brown
- If you have tobiko fish roe, sprinkle on top after baking the mussels
