Cheese Mayo Mussels

  1. Preheat oven or toaster oven to 350F
  2. In a cup or small bowl, mix 1/2 cup of mayo + parmesan cheese power mix in 3:1 ratio (so 25% is cheese)
  3. Add 1 tsp of sugar to cheese/mayo mix
  4. If there is no tobiko fish roe, but of sesame seeds mixed in can be a nice alternative
  5. Put the mix on the mussels (if frozen, thaw and drain the water)
  6. Bake the cheese mayo mussels for 20 min until golden brown
  7. If you have tobiko fish roe, sprinkle on top after baking the mussels
